Lopez is the biking mecca of the San Juan Islands. I've ridden on just about every island now but this one has some good long destination rides like "Shark Reef" with pristine views or "Agate Beach" with its beautiful beaches. Above we see the lagoon where I am now living with it long spit reaching out to an ancient reef fishing spot used by indians long before we arrived.
