Looks like we're all getting screwed.

A report released this week by the Department of the Interior claims that 13 Government officials, who are in charge of managing billions of dollars in oil royalties, "frequently consumed alcohol at industry functions, had used cocaine and marijuana, and had sexual relationships with oil and gas company representatives." Looks like Big Oil are in a lot more than Washington's pocket.
